care. EBONNY is aware and is providing all the necessary precautions in order to
provide excellent quality.
Under the European act for Arts and Antiques EBBONY
can not be held liable for any damage coming from or caused by products bought
or obtained from EBBONY or ebbonyshop.com.
In case of damaged and or dysfunctional products at
delivery these can be refused and returned.
The warranty will expire after acceptance of the
products at delivery.
Disputes
In the event a dispute arises between you and
EBBONY, our goal is to provide you with a cost effective means of resolving the
dispute quickly. Before resorting to litigation, we strongly encourage you to
first contact us directly to seek a resolution and we will consider reasonable
requests to resolve the dispute. If there is any point of legal contention, only
the court of law in The Netherlands is
competent.

conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that
condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and
